Katie McDaniel

It is very easy to spot that our new Creative Director has been hard at work at PCD, just look around our Home Campus! The warm welcoming atmosphere of our interior design was hand-selected by Miss Mac.

While Katie is new to this position, she is certainly no stranger to Preston Center Dance! She is a PCD Alum and has been working with the musical theater classes since 2016.

Miss Mac has been in the education field for 10 years, where she taught choir at Highland Park Middle School. The choir program flourished under her direction for the last decade! What makes Miss Mac an incredible teacher and leader is her passion for creating a space where her students feel safe and supported. Her ability to think outside the box and never stop learning is what makes her the perfect fit as she takes on the role of Creative Director here at PCD. Our family is lucky to have Miss Mac join this incredible faculty full time and we can't wait to see what wonderful ideas she can share!
